By using HECID, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

HECID provides identity verification services including document capture, liveness detection, and biometric matching, delivered as a self-hosted platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

3. User obligations

• You must provide accurate information during verification.
• You must not attempt to circumvent security measures or submit fraudulent documents.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Data handling

Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Verification data is retained per the requesting organisation's policy.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hekate Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
